This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site, request a quote, book a cleaning, or receive text messages from us.

  • Personal Identification Information: name, email address, mobile phone number and service address that you give us on a form, by phone, or when you book.
  • Text messaging consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages from us, when, and the exact wording you agreed to.

Text Messaging (SMS)

With your consent, Blue Spruce Maids texts you about your cleaning service: booking confirmations, reminders, arrival and completion notices, schedule changes, receipts and replies from our office, and occasional offers only if you have separately agreed to receive them. You give consent by ticking the optional, unchecked text-messaging box on one of our forms or on our online booking form; it is never a condition of booking or of getting a quote. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We send our text messages through Maid Runner, the scheduling and messaging platform we use (operated by Maid Runner LLC), and its carrier Twilio. They handle your number only to deliver the messages you asked for and may not use it for their own purposes. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in these situations, and never your mobile number or texting consent, except as described under Text Messaging above:

  • With Service Providers: vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as scheduling, payment processing and email delivery, and only to perform those services
  • For Business Transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company
